In Forms 12c, there has been a random occurrence where trying to access Forms (or even a non-Forms resource) with OAM using a webgate that the following error will be presented:<\/p>\n

“Internal Server Error”<\/p>\n

If this occurs even after clearing the Web browser cache, you will need to perform the following steps to fix the problem:<\/p>\n

  1. Go to $DOMAIN_HOME\/servers\/ohs1\/cache<\/li>\n
  2. Back up everything in the folder and move the backup elsewhere<\/li>\n
  3. Delete everything in the cache folder<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
