However, the icon for it appears in the Windows taskbar. Opening it presents the error:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cREP-50125: rwbuilder.conf:java.lang.NullPointerException\u201d<\/p>\n<p>To fix the problem, follow these steps:<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoListParagraph\" style=\"text-indent: -0.25in;margin: 0in 0in 0pt 0.5in\">1.<span style=\"line-height: normal\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman\"><span style=\"font-size: 7pt\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Go to C:\\Oracle\\Middleware\\asinst_1\\config\\FRComponent\\frcommon\\tools\\admin<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoListParagraph\" style=\"text-indent: -0.25in;margin: 0in 0in 0pt 0.5in\">2.<span style=\"line-height: normal\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman\"><span style=\"font-size: 7pt\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Make a backup of cauprefs.ora<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoListParagraph\" style=\"text-indent: -0.25in;margin: 0in 0in 0pt 0.5in\">3.<span style=\"line-height: normal\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman\"><span style=\"font-size: 7pt\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Look for these entries:<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoListParagraph\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt 1in\">Reports.root_x = \u201c#####\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoListParagraph\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt 1in\">Reports.root_y = \u201c#####\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoListParagraph\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt 1in\"><a class=\"thickbox\" href=\"https:\/\/pitss.org\/files\/2013\/11\/image6.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"padding-left: 0px;padding-right: 0px;padding-top: 0px;border: 0px\" title=\"image\" src=\"https:\/\/pitss.org\/files\/2013\/11\/image_thumb6.png\" alt=\"image\" width=\"316\" height=\"337\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoListParagraph\" style=\"text-indent: -0.25in;margin: 0in 0in 0pt 0.5in\">4.<span style=\"line-height: normal\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman\"><span style=\"font-size: 7pt\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Replace the numbers (represented by #####) with 0 so that they look like this:<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoListParagraph\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt 1in\">Reports.root_x = 0<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoListParagraph\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt 1in\">Reports.root_y = 0<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoListParagraph\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt 1in\"><a class=\"thickbox\" href=\"https:\/\/pitss.org\/files\/2013\/11\/image7.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"padding-left: 0px;padding-right: 0px;padding-top: 0px;border: 0px\" title=\"image\" src=\"https:\/\/pitss.org\/files\/2013\/11\/image_thumb7.png\" alt=\"image\" width=\"320\" height=\"358\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoListParagraph\" style=\"text-indent: -0.25in;margin: 0in 0in 0pt 0.5in\">5.<span style=\"line-height: normal\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman\"><span style=\"font-size: 7pt\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Save and close the file<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoListParagraph\" style=\"text-indent: -0.25in;margin: 0in 0in 0pt 0.5in\">6.<span style=\"line-height: normal\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman\"><span style=\"font-size: 7pt\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Launch Reports Builder.
