This is a browser-related error in older versions of IE. To fix the problem, you will need to do the following:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Make a backup of httpd.conf located in %ORACLE_INSTANCE%\\config\\OHS\\ohs1\\httpd.conf<\/li>\n<li>Open httpd.conf in a text editor (WordPad preferred)<\/li>\n<li>At the very bottom of the file, add in the following line: <b>Header unset Pragma<\/b><\/li>\n<li>Save and close the file<\/li>\n<li>Restart OHS using OPMNCTL<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The report should now display successfully.<br \/>\n<b>NOTE: Internet Explorer 9, Mozilla Firefox, and Google Chrome do NOT have this problem.<\/b><br \/>\n<strong>Reference: For more information, please refer to Oracle Support note 414614.1.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>When running Oracle Reports using the HTTPS protocol as well as with SSO protection through OAM, there is a known issue in the Internet Explorer (IE) 7 and 8 browsers where PDF reports either appear blank or an &#8220;Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage&#8221; error appears.
