These steps below can be run for configuring aliases in OHS 12c:<\/p>\n<p>1. Log into EM using your WebLogic username and password.<\/p>\n<p>2. Once logged into EM, expand the Target Navigation pane in the top-left corner. Expand HTTP Server and right-click on ohs1. Go to Administration \u2192 Server Configuration<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/pitss.org\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2020\/08\/Alias1.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-13332\" src=\"https:\/\/pitss.org\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2020\/08\/Alias1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"474\" height=\"761\" srcset=\"https:\/\/pitss.org\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2020\/08\/Alias1.png 474w, https:\/\/pitss.org\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2020\/08\/Alias1-187x300.png 187w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 474px) 100vw, 474px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>3. Click the lock button in the top-right corner and select \u201cLock &amp; Edit\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/pitss.org\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2020\/08\/Alias2.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-13333\" src=\"https:\/\/pitss.org\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2020\/08\/Alias2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"624\" height=\"566\" srcset=\"https:\/\/pitss.org\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2020\/08\/Alias2.png 624w, https:\/\/pitss.org\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2020\/08\/Alias2-480x435.png 480w\" sizes=\"auto, (min-width: 0px) and (max-width: 480px) 480px, (min-width: 481px) 624px, 100vw\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>4. Under Aliases, click \u201c+ Add Row\u201d to create a new alias.<\/p>\n<p>5. In the newly-created row, enter the URL path (the alias itself) and the file path of the alias. For the file path, make sure to surround it with double quotes and to use \u2018\/\u2019 instead of \u2018\\\u2019 even for Windows environments.<\/p>\n<p>6. Repeat steps 4 and 5 for any additional aliases you may need to create. Select \u201chttpd.conf\u201d and click \u201cGo\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/pitss.org\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2020\/08\/Alias4.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-13335\" src=\"https:\/\/pitss.org\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2020\/08\/Alias4.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"624\" height=\"221\" srcset=\"https:\/\/pitss.org\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2020\/08\/Alias4.png 624w, https:\/\/pitss.org\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2020\/08\/Alias4-480x170.png 480w\" sizes=\"auto, (min-width: 0px) and (max-width: 480px) 480px, (min-width: 481px) 624px, 100vw\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>9. Scroll down to the very bottom. You will see the alias there.<\/p>\n<p>10. In the line underneath it, add the following lines:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>&lt;Directory \u201c&lt;ALIAS_FILE_PATH&gt;\u201d&gt;<\/li>\n<li>Options Indexes MultiViews<\/li>\n<li>AllowOverride None<\/li>\n<li>Require all granted<\/li>\n<li>&lt;\/Directory&gt;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>NOTE: The directory should use \u2018\/\u2019 instead of \u2018\\\u2019 and be surrounded by double quotes.<\/p>\n<p>11. Restart OHS.<\/p>\n<p>14.
